Dr. Kandasami Senthilkumar is board certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Vascular Neurology (Stroke). He completed his medical training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and has been serving the Beaumont community since establishing his practice in 2001. Dr. Senthilkumar offers specialized neurological care at his office, providing comprehensive services for patients with disorders of the nervous system.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Senthilkumar holds an academic appointment as Adjunct Faculty in the Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas Psychiatry Residency Program, where he actively contributes to resident education and clinical training. He also serves as Stroke Director at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, leading initiatives focused on advancing stroke care, improving clinical outcomes, and strengthening quality improvement programs. In addition, Dr. Senthilkumar serves as a Principal Investigator in multiple neuroscience research studies, including work involving Alzheimer’s disease, migraine disorders, and other neurologic conditions.

Ms. Parsons was born and raised in Southeast Texas and has dedicated her career to caring for patients in her local community. She began her healthcare journey as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas and later advanced her training to become a Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Since 2024, she has worked alongside Dr. Senthilkumar, helping patients and families navigate neurologic conditions with compassion and personalized care.
Ms. Parsons believes in building strong relationships with her patients and taking the time to listen, educate, and develop treatment plans that fit each individual’s needs and lifestyle. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive care and supporting patients through every step of their healthcare journey.
As a Nurse Practitioner, she performs thorough evaluations, helps manage chronic neurologic conditions, and works closely with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Her goal is to help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment.
