In order for the staff to eat lunch, catch up with paperwork and return patient phone calls, the phones are not answered from 12 pm to 1 pm and also after 4 pm
No show and late cancellation fees
We call in advance to remind about the appointment. Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $25 for all missed appointment ("no shows") and appointments which, absent a compelling reason, are not cancelled with a 24-hour notice.
